A fast growing digital agency Ogline Digital wanted to find the right tool for managing their clients and be able to enhance their experience as their clients’ needs change.

Goal:

Build a custom project and client management tool for agency’s clients, a white-label solution that can be customised visually and technically. Admin panel to enable/disable some of the features for clients and a subscription system for clients outside the Ogline’s agencies clientele.

Our approach:

Collaborating close with the owner of the app we were able to rapidly turnaround the app and build a scaleable solution for the agency and its clients. We’ve iterated several versions of the app layout and functionality before reaching the current state of the app and introducing to the test audience.

Result:

As a result of our collaboration we’ve successfully completed and handed over the app for internal use and small number of test audience. The app is now in test run and pending feedback for the following rounds of development.
